Each of the designer hotel’s four event rooms and nine boardrooms has its own dedicated butler who will take care of delegates’ every need, from making photocopies and sending faxes to ensuring that your tea and coffee are piping hot and ready when you want them.

The Crystal Towers Convention Centre is the second largest conference venue in Cape Town, other than the Cape Town International Convention Centre, and is only 15 minutes from Cape Town International Airport.

For a seamless event or meeting, a dedicated Banqueting Manager is stationed on the mezzanine meeting room floor and an in-house technician is permanently available in support of your needs. 

Valet parking, abundant underground parking and an exclusive in-house transport company is available for individual or group transfers.

Venues at African Pride Crystal Towers Hotel & Convention Centre

A large multi-purpose venue on the lower level has been designed around flexibility and versatility and can accommodate 350 delegates. Overlooking the Grand Canal, the sliding stackable acoustic doors convert the space into three separate rooms. This venue is diverse, luxurious and stylish, making it ideal for the car launches, presentations, training and end-of-year functions and parties.

A dedicated pre-assembly area has been designed, offering spacious comfort for all delegates.

The individual venues can seat up to 150 delegates in a Cocktail seating setting.

All venues have in-room side tables for working lunches with various menus available, including sushi platters from the Deli. Conference rooms also have direct access from the basement parking for motor vehicles and car launches. Direct access is provided for a VIP entrance through the lower basement to both conference venues and hotel rooms, avoiding the main entrance of the hotel. Conference delegates are also provided with valet parking services and complimentary parking.

A fourth venue has been added located on the Ground Floor of the hotel, which has a terrace overlooking the Grand Canal and new suspension bridge which links the hotel to the largest shopping centre in the southern hemisphere. The addition of Crystal 4 brings the total number of delegates the hotel is able to accommodate to 420.

Each boardroom has remarkable views of Table Mountain, Cape Town harbour and the Green Point stadium, with floor to ceiling windows offering natural lighting. All have block out curtains as well.

All boardrooms have in-room refreshment stations with fully stocked mini bars and Salco cappuccino machines, stage and lectern available, ISDN lines for video conferencing and complimetary wireless internet for all users.
