- Pizza making: This activity is free of charge when it is included as a meal in your conference package. Delegates work in groups to prepare the pizza dough and can choose from an array of toppings.
- Paella cooking class: This activity is also free of charge when included as a meal in the conference package. A maximum of 30 delegates prepare the traditional Spanish meal that includes seafood, chicken, rice and imported spices.
- Treasure hunt: A maximum of 24 people can participate at a cost of R150 per person. Teams are equipped with a compass and map and need to be the first to find the treasure.
- Paint Ball: From R75 per person. Delegates receive all the equipment and 100 balls to battle it out on Valverde’s paintball course.
- Beer making: From R200 per person with a maximum of four teams of 10, delegates can learn the art of beer making and discover the secrets of the world’s most renowned beer brewers.
- Dance class: From R2 000 to R4 000 per group of maximum 100 people, delegates can enjoy a lesson in the dance style of their choice. Professional dance instructors will conduct the lesson.
- Icing and decorating competition: Each participant will get an individual small cake and will learn from the Valverde master baker how to do professional icing and how to creatively decorate a cake. The final result can be eaten on the spot or taken home to impress friends and family.
- Sushi making: (max 40 people) Make your own sushi and learn all the secrets you need to know to impress your guests at the next dinner party! (Free of charge when part of a meal that is included in the conference package).

Valverde is a unique, country-style hotel in the Muldersdrift area specialising in conferences, weddings and accommodation.
Valverde offers five fully equipped conference and function venues that cater from two delegates in the boardroom to 150 delegates cinema style.

Accommodation consists of 25 country-style rooms with free WiFi hotspots in each room.
Valverde also has 2 wedding venues catering for 20 to 200 guests. Each wedding venue has its own chapel and reception area for the privacy of your guests. Valverde also caters for garden ceremonies, morning weddings and picnic weddings. While Valverde does not charge venue hire if you order off their set wedding menus, they are also one of the few venues that allow self-catered weddings on their premises. In this case, a venue hire fee does apply.
