The Pavilion team offer clients a one stop value added service by being able to organise accommodation, decor, security, transfers, exhibition stands, entertainment and specialised AV equipment to accompany any conference enquiry. The Pavilion's conference facilities are flexible in that they offer various sized venues tailor made to suit clients’ needs. They can offer a cocktail party for up to 800 delegates; or a small corporate meeting in the boardroom for 10 delegates. In total, the Pavilion offers 5 meeting rooms, some of which are inter-leading for bigger groups. Using the first and ground floors; they can accommodate up to 100 shell schemes for an exhibition. The Pavilion prides themselves in their AV offering with state-of-the-art equipment to complement your experience. 

The Pavilion is proud to announce the unveiling of a second conference centre in April 2012. The Pavilion Waterfront is situated within the Clock Tower in the V&A Waterfront boasting venues with stunning views of the harbour and the ability to accommodate up to 22 different seating configurations for conferences and events. Maximum capacities include 850 pax for a cocktail event; 380 for a gala dinner and up to 460 cinema style seating. 

During winter 2012, the Ground Floor of the Pavilion Conference Centre will be undergoing a refurbishment which includes the demolition of the IMAX theatre and the levelling of the entire floor space to be able to accommodate the projected capacities of up to 850 pax for a gala dinner and up to 1500 pax for a cocktail event.

    This is a very clever move, with large venue space always a challenge in the City.
