This will be the third year that SAACI hosts the educational sessions at Meetings Africa.
As always, the topics to be discussed will be pertinent and thought-provoking. The sessions will take place on Tuesday, 28 February and Wednesday, 29 February from 08:00 to 10:00 in Committee Room 5, Level 4, Sandton Convention Centre.
The topics that will be addressed are:
28 February: Making a lasting impression through service excellence
29 February: The real impact of the meetings industry
These sessions can be attended at no charge and both SAACI and non-SAACI members are welcome.
