Ruslamere offers 6 upmarket, fully air-conditioned conference venues with multimedia equipment, light-blocking curtains and comfortable conference chairs with good lumbar support. An ideal setting for your successful presentation or business meeting.
Conference Room 1 is an executive meeting room, equipped with leather chairs and cherry-wood tables. It is ideal for executive presentations and strategy sessions for between 20 and 25 delegates in U-Shape seating and can accommodate up to 45 in a Cinema Style setup. The venue is fully equipped with air-conditioning, surround sound audio, VCR and DVD player. The ceiling-mounted proxima and light-blocking curtains in this venue ensure excellent conditions for hosting presentations.
Ideal for your smaller workshops, Conference Room 2 offers yellow-wood tables and all the modern conveniences. This venue is best suited to meetings for between 10 and 15 delegates in U-shape seating, but will accommodate up to 36 delegates in a cinema style setup. Fully equipped with a air-conditioning, surround sound audio, VCR and DVD player, ceiling-mounted proxima and light-blocking curtains.
Conference Room 3 is the largest of the Ruslamere venues and is perfect for presentations to a large number of delegates and for those events which require a large floor area. Seats up to 120 delegates in a Cinema Style setup, 40 delegates in U-Shape seating and up to 70 in a Classroom setup. The venue is also used regularly to host award ceremonies, product launches and formal dinner functions. Conference Room 3 is fully equipped with DVD player, air-conditioning, light-blocking curtains, and stereo sound system.
Private and secluded, Conference Room 4 is ideal for board meetings and executive brainstorming sessions. This venue is perfect for smaller groups of between 7 and 10 delegates in U-Shape seating and can accommodate up to 25 in a Cinema Style setup. The venue is fully equipped with a DVD player, air-conditioning and surround sound audio. The ceiling-mounted data projector and light-blocking curtains in this venue ensure excellent conditions for making presentations.
Conference Room 5 is a versatile meeting room for seminars, conferences and breakaway sessions. It is ideal for presentations and conferences of between 12 and 18 delegates in U-Shape seating and can accommodate up to 40 in a Cinema Style setup. The venue is fully equipped with air-conditioning, stereo audio and DVD player, ceiling-mounted proxima and light-blocking curtains.
Conference Room 6 is a peaceful venue ideal for presentations and large seminars as it can seat up to 120 delegates in a Cinema Style setup. This venue also accommodates 40 delegates in U-Shape seating and up to 70 in a Classroom setup.
